Leads project management, process engineering, and packaging teams supporting food product development and operations. Manages complex projects from concept through commercialization, overseeing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication. Manages end-to-end accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, reporting, controls, audits, and month-end close support. Oversees vendor records and dispute resolution, improves procure-to-pay workflows, drives automation, ensures GAAP and regulatory compliance, and supervises, trains, and develops AP staff. Leads manufacturing engineering and capital investment projects from planning through completion. Develops designs, specifications, budgets, schedules, and forecasts; coordinates engineering disciplines, contractors, supply chain, production, and maintenance. Reviews design changes, manages project costs and documentation, tracks risks and progress, updates CAD drawings, supports asset maintenance, and evaluates equipment performance. Ensures compliance with engineering, safety, quality, food safety, and regulatory standards while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Provides HR administrative support across onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave administration, unemployment claims, employee relations, training coordination, and HR reporting. Maintains accurate employee data, audits HR systems, supports investigations and exit interviews, answers policy questions, and ensures employment authorization compliance through E-Verify. Requires collaboration with HR, operations, production, and support departments, including food safety and quality teams.

Supports maintenance operations by managing spare-parts and MRO inventory, conducting cycle counts and audits, updating CMMS records, sourcing and ordering materials, tracking purchase orders, coordinating vendors, and ensuring timely parts availability. Maintains proper storage, labeling, safety compliance, and accurate material-usage records while collaborating with maintenance, production, and supporting departments to uphold operational, food safety, and quality standards.

Leads Supply Chain and Procurement across Baxters North America, including S&OP, strategic planning, procurement, strategic sourcing, demand planning, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and supplier management. Establishes processes, systems, metrics, financial targets, and continuous-improvement initiatives across multiple sites. Partners with Commercial, R&D, Operations, Finance, Legal, and IT to improve service, cost, cash, capacity utilization, and operational execution. Builds organizational capability through leadership, coaching, and development.
