Supports maintenance operations by managing spare-parts and MRO inventory, conducting cycle counts and audits, ordering materials, tracking purchase orders, coordinating vendors, and maintaining accurate CMMS records. Ensures parts availability for maintenance work, proper storage and labeling, safety and regulatory compliance, and collaboration with production and supporting departments to maintain food safety and quality.

Manages food product development programs from concept through commercialization. Leads R&D staff, guides formulation and specification development, oversees research, budgets, timelines, risks, and stage-gate decisions. Collaborates with production, quality, business development, account management, and vendors to develop innovative products, improve processes, and support customer needs. Requires strong food science, project management, technical problem-solving, coaching, and cross-functional communication skills.

Oversee plant financials, cost accounting, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, pricing, and financial controls. Partner with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to improve efficiency, manage inventory and costs, analyze variances, and increase plant profitability. Lead ERP usage, process improvements, risk management, operational dashboards, and development of the plant cost accounting team while supporting food safety and quality objectives.

Maintains financial records, reconciles general ledger accounts, leads month-end close, prepares financial reports, analyzes variances, manages accruals and fixed assets, supports tax and audit requests, and assists with forecasting. The role also reviews controls, identifies inefficiencies or compliance issues, presents analyses to management, supports other finance functions, and collaborates with production teams on food safety and quality.

Directs financial operations across multi-site manufacturing facilities, overseeing plant controllership, cost accounting, ERP processes, budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, pricing, reporting, and variance analysis. Partners with production, procurement, supply chain, sales, and finance teams to improve efficiency, control costs, optimize margins, and support profitability. Leads process improvements, risk management, operational metrics, and financial systems alignment while mentoring plant-based controllers and cost accountants.
