Manages hospital referrals, census development, business development, and sales activities for an LTAC facility. Builds relationships with hospital staff, identifies clinically appropriate patients, coordinates admissions and transitions of care, conducts facility tours, supports marketing strategies, monitors competitors, and prepares activity and market reports. Provides feedback to referring providers and ensures referral and admission processes are smooth and effective.

Provides facility-level HR and payroll support, including recruitment, applicant screening, hiring, onboarding, benefits administration, employee file maintenance, payroll validation, pay adjustments, credential monitoring, compliance documentation, and corrective-action support. Coordinates with department heads, HR leadership, legal entities, HRIS and payroll vendors, and ensures employee records and employment practices meet regulatory requirements.

Manages accounting transactions, reconciliations, closings, budgets, financial statements, tax returns, audits, and financial reporting. Ensures compliance with accounting regulations, protects financial data, and maintains accurate information on company liquidity and financial health. Requires QuickBooks, advanced Excel, general ledger, and GAAP knowledge, along with at least two years of experience and an accounting or finance degree.

Provides facility-level HR support, including recruitment, applicant screening, onboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, employee records, credential monitoring, corrective-action documentation, and employment verification. Ensures compliance with employment laws, licensing standards, and regulatory requirements while coordinating with department heads, HR leadership, payroll and HRIS vendors, and legal entities. Handles employee payroll questions, pay adjustments, garnishments, and confidential personnel information.

Develops healthcare referral relationships to generate qualified referrals, increase admissions, grow census, and improve payer mix. Visits hospitals, physician offices, case managers, discharge planners, and community partners; coordinates referrals and admissions; represents the facility at events; supports marketing and brand initiatives; maintains CRM records; analyzes referral trends; and reports on admissions, conversions, census growth, and business development performance.
