Leads Agile Release Train execution for Federal Government and DoD programs. Responsibilities include C# and .NET development, legacy Delphi modernization, desktop UI development, object-oriented design, multithreading, asynchronous programming, debugging, code reviews, documentation, and Agile Scrum ceremonies. The developer collaborates with engineers, testers, and government stakeholders in an onsite environment.
