Maintains records, databases, schedules, correspondence, procurement and training requests, and stakeholder communications. The role requires independent task management, strong organization, detailed reviews, problem solving, and liaison support for prioritizing competing management demands.

Supports federal proposal pricing by analyzing competitor pricing, indirect rates, labor categories, salary surveys, market data, and customer spending patterns. Builds and updates pricing and cost models, performs price-to-win and proposal cost analyses, maintains documentation, interprets solicitation requirements, identifies pricing risks, and presents recommendations to management. Collaborates with capture managers, proposal managers, executives, and other analysts while managing multiple assignments remotely.

Owns product strategy, roadmap, backlog, feature prioritization, and Agile delivery for software products supporting federal and DoD programs. Translates stakeholder and operational requirements into technical solutions, guides Agile teams, evaluates architecture tradeoffs, manages dependencies and risks, and ensures capabilities meet security, technical, and mission objectives. Collaborates with government customers, architects, developers, QA, and DevOps teams while supporting planning, testing, releases, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise web applications using React, TypeScript, C#/.NET, and PostgreSQL or Microsoft SQL Server. Build responsive interfaces, RESTful APIs, dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualizations. Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, contribute to architecture decisions, participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, and establish development best practices.
