Identify market and growth opportunities, provide technical and commercial guidance, develop commercial plans, track turnover targets, analyze competition, collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering teams, and regularly visit distributors, customers, and trade fairs.

Serves as the primary HR contact for the U.S. entity, managing HR operations, employee relations, lifecycle processes, leave administration, compliance, benefits, and payroll coordination. Advises managers on performance, investigations, discipline, terminations, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. Conduct pre-tender project-site evaluations, collaborate with engineers, technicians, vendors, and suppliers, and achieve annual revenue objectives. The role requires technical water-treatment knowledge, strong communication skills, autonomy, and 40–60% travel.
