Administers the Raiser's Edge donor CRM, maintaining data quality, security, workflows, integrations, gifts, reports, acknowledgments, and donor segmentation. Reconciles fundraising revenue with the general ledger, supports prospect research and campaigns, troubleshoots user issues, and trains fundraising staff. Requires five years of hands-on Raiser's Edge administration, strong organizational and communication skills, discretion with confidential financial information, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Owns and develops Shepherds Ministries and Shepherds College’s storytelling strategy across platforms. Responsibilities include building a story pipeline, conducting interviews, writing magazine features, creating social media campaigns, hosting and growing a podcast, mentoring a student social media team, and collaborating with Admissions, Development, Marketing, and Alumni Relations to expand mission impact.
