Manages student information systems, packages, mail, supplies, documents, procurement, and administrative workflows. Reinforces safety protocols and supports students, families, and staff. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, technology skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced school environment.

Provides first-line help desk support for hardware, software, classroom technology, printers, network systems, and digital platforms across three schools. Manages inventory, repairs, employee and student onboarding, computer-based testing preparation, vendor coordination, network troubleshooting, and performance evaluation. Supports student information systems through data entry, administration, compliance checks, audits, and system upgrades. Also trains staff and families, supports classroom technology implementation, and contributes to organizational technology planning.
