Manages the County’s GIS operations, enterprise GIS environment, geospatial data standards, databases, services, web applications, dashboards, and spatial analysis. Coordinates GIS projects across departments and external partners, supports NG911 addressing and data compliance, develops Python scripts and web tools, and provides technical leadership, training, and helpdesk assistance. The role also contributes to strategic GIS planning and regional and state coordination.

Manages the Engineering Department’s daily administrative operations, including payroll, budgeting, scheduling, onboarding, policies, vendor coordination, purchasing, supplies, reports, and confidential information. Coordinates clerical staff and department activities, supports leadership and employees, works with HR and IT, assists visitors and the public, and promotes efficient office operations. The role may supervise or coordinate up to 10 employees.
