Conduct user research, define UX opportunities, and design intuitive mobile experiences through journeys, information architecture, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to simplify complex messaging, privacy, connection, media, and storage workflows. Validate designs, support accessibility, document specifications, review implementations, and continuously improve the product using research, feedback, and analytics.

Lead Handil’s engineering strategy, architecture, and organization while building a secure, scalable messaging platform. Own backend, mobile, cloud, storage, security, reliability, and platform decisions; establish engineering standards, testing, observability, CI/CD, and incident-management practices. Mentor engineers, hire and grow teams, partner with product and design, manage technical trade-offs, and guide development of real-time messaging, synchronization, media delivery, and consumer-facing systems.
