Partner with business, IT, infrastructure, and other stakeholders to ensure scalable, reliable catalog solutions across environments.

Analyzes Finance and Legal workflows, identifies automation opportunities, and translates policies into functional requirements using n8n and Workato. Defines integrations with ERP, billing, CRM, CPQ, and contract lifecycle systems while ensuring approvals, segregation of duties, audit trails, compliance, and exception handling. Creates BRDs, specifications, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria; supports UAT, governance validation, roadmap planning, and post-launch stabilization. Partners with Finance, Legal, Revenue Operations, IT, Security, and Automation Engineering.

Leads enterprise Revenue and Sales automation strategy, architecture, delivery, governance, and operational excellence. Owns automation across lead-to-cash and quote-to-cash workflows, integrating CRM, CPQ, billing, ERP, finance, and compliance systems. Establishes resilient, auditable, observable automation standards using n8n and Workato, while building and managing automation engineering and business systems teams. Partners with executive stakeholders to improve revenue accuracy, scalability, predictability, and production stability.

Develop and maintain Ironclad workflows and integrations connecting contract lifecycle systems with Salesforce, ERPs, CRMs, procurement platforms, finance tools, and e-signature services. Build REST API and webhook integrations, configure bidirectional data synchronization, manage authentication and permissions, monitor errors, and improve reliability and data integrity. The role also standardizes middleware workflows and reduces manual Finance and Legal data entry.

Administer and optimize the Pigment platform for financial planning, forecasting, revenue modeling, performance management, and scenario analysis. Translate Finance and RevOps requirements into scalable models, formulas, workflows, integrations, and governance controls. Validate data pipelines, manage releases and access, support auditability, and ensure system reliability. Serve as the Pigment subject-matter expert by facilitating training, adoption, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.
