  • Drive automation maturity from tactical workflows to platform‑level orchestration
Revenue & Sales Systems Enablement
  • Own automation across end‑to‑end revenue workflows: Lead → Opportunity → Quote → Order → Contract → Billing → Revenue Recognition → Renewal
  • Ensure seamless orchestration across systems such as:
    • CRM (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service platforms)
    • Billing and invoicing platforms
    • ERP and finance systems
    • Compliance, classification, and transaction services
  • Partner with RevOps and Finance leaders to improve:
    • Revenue predictability
    • Quote and billing accuracy
    • Cycle time reduction
    • Scalability across geographies and regulatory environments
Platform & Integration Leadership
  • Lead architectural decisions around:
    • Event‑driven and API‑based automation
    • Synchronous vs asynchronous workflows
    • Error handling, retries, idempotency, and observability
  • Oversee integrations across CRM, CPQ, billing, ERP, and adjacent platforms
  • Ensure automation solutions are resilient, monitorable, and production‑grade
Team Leadership & Delivery
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing automation organization including:
    • Automation engineers
    • Business Systems Analysts
    • Platform specialists
  • Own intake, prioritization, and roadmap planning for automation initiatives
  • Establish delivery excellence across discovery, build, UAT, release, and post‑production support
