Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, talent management, training coordination, employee engagement, retention initiatives, HR records, MIS reporting, dashboards, and HR metrics. Manage vendor relationships, develop suppliers, issue RFQs, execute purchase orders, negotiate pricing, maintain procurement documentation, and ensure ERP data accuracy. Coordinate with QA, production, R&D, stores, finance, and other teams to resolve quality and delivery issues.
