Manage end-to-end IT and SAP recruitment, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviews, stakeholder coordination, due diligence, recruitment tracking, offer support, and joining follow-up. The role requires strong communication, candidate management, independent work, and the ability to manage multiple open positions. Experience recruiting for SAP ABAP, Fiori, BTP/CAPM, .NET, MAUI, Node.js, or React roles is advantageous.
