Manage Apple Search Ads campaigns end to end, including strategy development, execution, optimization, performance monitoring, data analysis, and ROI improvement. Lead prioritization, requirements, launches, optimization, KPI analysis, and monetization initiatives while collaborating with engineering, data science, design, marketing, sales, clients, and global stakeholders. The role requires leadership, strategic thinking, analytical decision-making, and expertise in rewarded ecosystems, AdTech, MarTech, mobile, gaming, user acquisition, or monetization.

Lead end-to-end UI/UX design and front-end development for complex web and mobile products. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and scalable design systems. Build responsive interfaces with modern front-end technologies while ensuring accessibility, performance, and cross-device compatibility. Conduct user research and usability testing, collaborate with product and engineering teams, mentor junior team members, and drive consistent, user-centered product experiences.
