Oversee end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, taxation, audits, internal controls, treasury, cash flow, and statutory compliance across global operations. Partner with senior leadership on pricing, investments, profitability, and business decisions. Lead finance transformation, automation, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives while managing and developing the Finance and Accounts team.

Financial Reporting & Accounting
Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed
Assets, and Month-End Closing.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and applicable accounting
standards.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management and the Board.
Compliance & Taxation
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including Companies Act, Global Compliance (UK,

Treasury & Cash Flow Management
Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships.
Optimize working capital and oversee fund management.
Manage banking operations, investments, and debt obligations.
Business Partnering
Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and commercial support.
Evaluate pricing strategies, business cases, and investment opportunities.
Support profitability analysis at business unit, product, and client levels.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Qualified CA
10+ years of experience
Experience in a listed company with exposure to board reporting and regulatory compliance.
Hands-on experience with financial audits, investor reporting, and statutory filings.
Proven ability to drive finance transformation and automation initiatives.
Experience leading high-performing finance teams and partnering with senior leadership.
