Conducts internal and supplier audits, prepares reports, manages corrective action plans, trains workers and management, oversees grievance systems, and advises leadership on regulatory changes. The role is primarily on-site at a garment factory and includes travel to supplier locations and external audits.

Manage workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, factory administration, employee separations, and employee relations. The role verifies payroll and documentation, coordinates audits and statutory registrations, renews factory licenses and service agreements, supports grievance resolution and disciplinary matters, and ensures timely employee settlements and compliance with labor laws.
