Drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, messaging volume growth, and new customer acquisition. Build stakeholder relationships, negotiate agreements and pricing, monitor account performance, conduct business reviews, maintain CRM records, ensure compliance, and collaborate with technical, operations, and carrier teams. Represent the company at industry events when required.
