Identify and engage prospective B2B clients through referrals, research, outreach, webinars, campaigns, and meetings. Present IT solutions, collaborate with presales engineers on requirements, proposals, BOQs, and technical quotes, and manage prospects through closing. The role maintains confidential information, assists employees with HR queries, coordinates with department heads, and supports HR projects and administrative activities.

Leads and mentors inside sales and client acquisition teams, sets revenue targets, manages lead pipelines, develops acquisition strategies, and monitors conversions. Oversees forecasting, CRM accuracy, reporting, client follow-ups, proposals, negotiations, and strategic meetings. Coordinates sales, presales, marketing, and delivery teams while improving processes and coaching staff on communication, objection handling, and closing techniques.
