Use CRM and sales engagement tools to maintain pipeline hygiene, qualify prospects using BANT/MEDDIC, book discovery calls and demonstrations for Account Executives, and meet activity and qualified-meeting targets. Collaborate with Marketing and Product to support campaigns and share prospect feedback.

Develops and executes go-to-market strategies for new verticals and geographies, including ICP definition, partner channels, outbound programs, executive events, and co-sell motions. Builds alliance and referral networks, creates territory-specific messaging, tracks pipeline and market KPIs, provides competitive intelligence, and transfers successful market-entry playbooks to sales and BDR teams. The role influences product positioning, pricing, partnerships, and enterprise market expansion.

Owns 8–12 enterprise accounts, driving platform adoption, expansion revenue, renewals, and executive alignment. Responsibilities include account planning, cross-selling Rubiscape products, conducting QBRs, managing contracts and forecasts, gathering customer feedback, and coordinating with customer success, professional services, product, and engineering teams. Build and maintain high-concurrency APIs, microservices, backend engines, and real-time data pipelines using Python, FastAPI, and Django. Integrate machine learning libraries, distributed task queues, databases, enterprise data connectors, and cloud or air-gapped deployments. Design secure schemas, optimize SQL and NoSQL queries, enforce multi-tenancy isolation, and uphold data governance and platform performance standards.

Own enterprise pipeline generation for strategic accounts across BFSI, manufacturing, and government.
