About the Role
We are seeking a high-caliber Python Developer with deep
expertise in FastAPI and Django to join our core backend engineering team. In
this role, you will be responsible for building the high-performance API
architectures, microservices, and robust backend engines that power the
Rubiscape Platform (The Enterprise AI Engine) and orchestrate sophisticated,
real-time data pipelines and GenAI apps.
Key Responsibilities
- Design,
develop, and maintain high-concurrency, low-latency APIs and microservices
using FastAPI for data streaming/AI inference and Django for robust
enterprise workflows.
- Integrate
complex backend layers with machine learning libraries, distributed task
queues (e.g., Celery), and enterprise data sources via our 200+ pre-built
connectors.
- Architect
and implement secure database schemas, optimize heavy SQL/NoSQL queries,
and manage data pipe lining frameworks to ensure maximum platform
throughput.
- Enforce
strict security, multi-tenancy isolation, and rigorous data governance
standards across various cloud and air-gapped On-Premise deployment
topologies.
Requirements
- 3–6
years of intensive backend development experience using Python as the
primary language.
- Proven
track record of shipping production-ready applications using FastAPI (for asynchronous, high-speed APIs) and Django/DRF (for robust
enterprise MVC/REST frameworks).
- Solid
understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and
caching/message brokers (Redis, RabbitMQ).
- Familiarity
with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and handling data structures
common in data science pipelines (Pandas, NumPy) is a strong advantage.
Skills Required
- 3-6 years of backend development experience using Python as the primary language
- Production experience building applications with FastAPI
- Production experience with Django and Django REST Framework
- Understanding of relational databases, including PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Understanding of caching and message brokers, including Redis or RabbitMQ
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes containerization
- Experience handling data science pipeline structures with Pandas and NumPy
