Own regional partner-led revenue growth for Rubiscape by managing system integrators, cloud partners, and value-added resellers. Responsibilities include setting partner coverage strategy, recruiting and developing partners, coordinating complex enterprise pursuits, managing MDF budgets, forecasting pipeline, tracking partner health, and building regional brand presence through events and executive engagements. The role requires 7+ years of channel or regional partner sales experience, quota-carrying field experience, enterprise technology relationships, and proficiency with CRM-based forecasting.

Own Rubiscape’s Spec Engineering methodology, including specification grammar, templates, tooling, reviews, quality metrics, and a shared spec library. Lead and mentor 2–4 Spec Engineers while partnering with product, UX, engineering, prompt engineering, and AI toolchain teams. Translate product requirements into precise, testable, LLM-executable specifications and coach the organization on AI-assisted development practices.

Architects enterprise Decision Intelligence solutions across cloud, on-premises, hybrid, BYOC, and air-gapped environments. Leads CTO-level technical workshops, PoCs, technical win strategies, solution documentation, security and compliance reviews, RFP responses, and TCO analyses. Partners with product teams on roadmap priorities and supports competitive enterprise displacements involving data platforms, AI/ML infrastructure, analytics governance, and regulated-industry requirements.

Own technical relationships and account expansion for 8–15 strategic enterprise customers through pre-sales and onboarding. Lead technical discovery, proof-of-concept delivery, solution design, executive reviews, adoption planning, and ROI modeling. Identify upsell, cross-sell, and integration opportunities across Rubiscape’s platform, coordinate technical escalations with internal teams, and develop account plans supporting renewals, increased adoption, and measurable business outcomes.

Serve as the technical bridge between sales and the Rubiscape data science platform. Lead discovery sessions, architecture walkthroughs, tailored proof-of-concepts, technical proposals, enterprise RFP/RFI responses, and security and deployment compliance validation. Translate complex data architectures into business outcomes using RubiSight. Support on-premises and private-cloud deployments across BFSI, manufacturing, and logistics sectors.

Design user journeys, high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, intuitive interfaces, and design systems for low-code/no-code analytics and machine learning workspaces. Translate complex ETL, IoT, and neural network workflows into clear visual experiences. Conduct user research and usability testing with business analysts and data scientists to identify and resolve UI friction.

Own the product lifecycle and strategy for Rubiscape’s core platform engines. Prioritize the backlog, translate market research into functional requirements, and improve low-code/no-code and pro-code user experiences. Collaborate with engineering, data science, and sales teams while tracking GenAI and multi-agent orchestration trends to deliver competitive enterprise AI platform features.

Leads regional enterprise, government, and academic sales growth for Rubiscape’s platform and AI academy solutions. Identifies and closes institutional opportunities, expands geographic market share, manages system integrators, value-added resellers, and alliance partners including Microsoft, AWS, and NVIDIA, and accelerates enterprise sales through discovery workshops emphasizing speed-to-value and data sovereignty.

Designs and operates Rubiscape’s multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI. Responsibilities include landing zones, networking, Terraform infrastructure as code, cloud security controls, data residency architectures, Kubernetes platforms, cost optimization, BYOC deployments, disaster recovery, and backup procedures. The role also supports regulated and air-gapped environments while partnering with enterprise customers and maintaining reliable, auditable infrastructure at scale.
