Collects and deposits lounge cash, reconciles sales, collections, and bank deposits, issues customer invoices, records and allocates receipts in Oracle ERP, follows up on overdue payments, monitors ageing, resolves account discrepancies, and coordinates with sales and operations while maintaining compliance with accounting controls.

Oversees and delivers employee and supervisor training, analyzes training needs, supports annual and departmental training plans, coaches employees, monitors new-hire progress, prepares reports and audits, maintains training policies and facilities, and assists with corporate programs and administrative projects.

Execute offline branding and activation campaigns, conduct branding audits, coordinate influencers and brand collaborations, manage pre-opening brand checks, organize marketing shoots, plan seasonal campaigns, and ensure branding collateral execution. The role also coordinates airport entry passes and requires strong cross-department communication, familiarity with the Indian market, and experience in offline marketing campaigns.
