Manage 8–15 strategic US enterprise accounts with approximately $3 million in revenue responsibility. Own retention, revenue protection, cross-sell, upsell, forecasting, QBRs, and account planning. Build CXO-level relationships, resolve escalations, coordinate with delivery, presales, solution, and US sales teams, and support renewals and strategic pursuits. The role is based in Pune on a hybrid schedule aligned with US business hours, with need-based US travel.

Leads software development initiatives, technical product ownership, cloud architecture strategy, technology adoption, and innovation programs. Manages the end-to-end SDLC, product requirements, backlogs, Agile delivery, testing, deployments, application support, and cross-functional engineering teams. Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure backend applications, RESTful APIs, microservices, databases, data pipelines, and real-time streaming systems. Deploy and optimize cloud-native solutions on GCP, automate infrastructure with Terraform and Kubernetes, and manage CI/CD using Jenkins and Argo CD. Apply clean architecture, API versioning, integration patterns, observability, security, compliance, and HIPAA data protection practices while collaborating with stakeholders and security teams.

Leads software development projects and the full SDLC from requirements through deployment and support. Manages developers, analysts, QA, and support staff while enforcing development standards, secure coding, testing, documentation, and Agile practices. Owns backlog refinement, user stories, acceptance criteria, delivery coordination, application support, service-level performance, technical training, KPI measurement, and process improvement. Collaborates with architects, stakeholders, and leadership to evaluate technologies and deliver scalable application enhancements.

Supports IT infrastructure and operations while developing hands-on experience with Windows and macOS, networking fundamentals, enterprise productivity tools, directory services, ticketing systems, cybersecurity concepts, and cloud platforms. The intern will troubleshoot user issues, provide customer-focused support, learn from experienced IT professionals, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Supports capital structuring and funding initiatives for GCC setup and expansion programs. Responsibilities include leading debt raises, developing financial models and feasibility studies, structuring financing solutions, managing lender and financial-partner relationships, monitoring covenants and compliance, preparing funding documentation and leadership presentations, and assessing financial risks with mitigation recommendations.

Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, payables, receivables, and financial close. Prepare financial statements and management reports, maintain internal controls, support audits, and ensure statutory and regulatory compliance. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis while partnering with leadership on growth strategy. Improve accounting processes through optimization and automation.

Develop scalable full-stack applications using Node.js, NestJS, Vue.js, and JavaScript. Build RESTful APIs, deploy cloud-native workloads on GCP, automate infrastructure with Terraform and Kubernetes, and manage databases and data pipelines using PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Dataflow, Composer, Airflow, and Kafka. Implement CI/CD, observability, security, and compliance practices. Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and contribute to architectural and infrastructure decisions.

Manage front office and administrative activities, coordinate interactions, communicate professionally, prioritize multiple tasks, and support daily corporate office operations using Microsoft Office tools.

Maintain and optimize on-premises and cloud Splunk environments, ensuring reliable log ingestion, data onboarding, field extraction, normalization, alerting, dashboards, and system performance. Troubleshoot ingestion and alert issues, develop SPL queries and automation tooling, collaborate with enterprise teams on forwarder coverage, and document procedures, configurations, and architectural changes.
