Coordinates franchise onboarding and new cafe openings, including vendors, licensing, procurement, staffing, and training. Supports franchise operations, conducts quarterly audits, monitors corrective actions, manages partner relationships, and prepares sales, opening, operational, and audit reports. Requires extensive travel across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
