Job Summary

The Franchise Sales & Operations Executive will be responsible for driving franchise expansion, managing the complete franchise sales cycle, coordinating new store openings, and ensuring operational excellence across franchise outlets in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The role requires a proactive individual who can build relationships, manage multiple projects, and support franchise partners from lead generation to successful store operations.

Key Responsibilities

1.⁠ ⁠Franchise Sales & Business Development

•⁠  ⁠Identify and generate qualified franchise leads through digital marketing, referrals, networking, and local outreach.
•⁠  ⁠Handle franchise enquiries and conduct discovery calls and presentations.
•⁠  ⁠Convert prospective franchisees into successful business partners.
•⁠  ⁠Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
•⁠  ⁠Build relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners.

2.⁠ ⁠Lead Management

•⁠  ⁠Follow up with prospective franchisees throughout the sales journey.
•⁠  ⁠Conduct site discussions and evaluate potential business opportunities.
•⁠  ⁠Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare sales reports.
•⁠  ⁠Coordinate documentation, agreements, and onboarding of franchise partners.

3.⁠ ⁠Franchise Expo & Business Events

•⁠  ⁠Represent the company at franchise expos, exhibitions, business networking events, and promotional campaigns.
•⁠  ⁠Generate quality leads during events.
•⁠  ⁠Conduct product and business model presentations to prospective investors.
•⁠  ⁠Coordinate event planning, logistics, and post-event lead follow-ups.

4.⁠ ⁠New Store Opening Coordination

•⁠  ⁠Coordinate all activities from franchise agreement signing until the café becomes operational.
•⁠  ⁠Work closely with interior vendors, equipment suppliers, branding agencies, and the franchisee.
•⁠  ⁠Ensure timely completion of store setup, licensing, procurement, staff recruitment, and training.
•⁠  ⁠Track project timelines and ensure cafés open as per schedule.

5.⁠ ⁠Operations Support

•⁠  ⁠Oversee the operations of franchise cafés across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
•⁠  ⁠Provide operational guidance to franchise partners.
•⁠  ⁠Ensure adherence to brand standards, SOPs, hygiene, food safety, and customer service standards.
•⁠  ⁠Resolve operational challenges in coordination with the support team.

6.⁠ ⁠Quarterly Café Audits

•⁠  ⁠Conduct quarterly operational audits of all franchise cafés.
•⁠  ⁠Evaluate compliance with brand guidelines, quality standards, customer experience, cleanliness, inventory management, and financial controls.
•⁠  ⁠Prepare audit reports with improvement recommendations.
•⁠  ⁠Monitor implementation of corrective action plans.

7.⁠ ⁠Relationship Management

•⁠  ⁠Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
•⁠  ⁠Conduct periodic review meetings.
•⁠  ⁠Identify opportunities to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
•⁠  ⁠Act as the primary point of contact for franchise support.

8.⁠ ⁠Reporting & MIS

•⁠  ⁠Prepare weekly and monthly reports on:
    * Franchise sales pipeline
    * Lead conversions
    * Store opening progress
    * Operational performance
    * Audit findings
•⁠  ⁠Present performance updates to management.


Requirements
Desired Skills & Qualifications

•⁠  ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
•⁠  ⁠2–5 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, retail, hospitality, or QSR operations.
•⁠  ⁠Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
•⁠  ⁠Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
•⁠  ⁠Project coordination and multitasking skills.
•⁠  ⁠Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
•⁠  ⁠Willingness to travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
