Maintain accounting transactions and financial records, prepare invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable, perform reconciliations, maintain cash and bank books, and prepare journal entries and payment documents. Support statutory compliance, monthly closing, financial reporting, audits, and accurate documentation. Coordinate with customers, vendors, auditors, and internal teams while assisting the Finance Manager with accounting activities.

Maintains client, vendor, project, and internal records; coordinates with field teams; assists with proposals, quotations, reports, invoicing, and basic accounting. Handles client and vendor follow-ups, office inventory, stationery, petty cash, attendance, leave records, and inward/outward communications. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and email. Tally or basic accounting knowledge is advantageous.
