Leads software testing for complex financial-services projects and programs. Responsibilities include test strategy, planning, execution, defect management, automation, metrics, process improvement, resource allocation, risk management, stakeholder communication, and third-party oversight. The role manages large, geographically dispersed teams, drives testing transformation, ensures quality across the full testing lifecycle, and aligns testing delivery with business goals. Experience with insurance, life and pensions, Agile, DevOps, ALM, JIRA, and test automation is required or strongly preferred.

Develops and implements Salesforce CPQ solutions, builds with Salesforce Flows, collaborates with business teams, performs basic Salesforce administration, and navigates process-oriented Salesforce environments. Preferred experience includes Field Service Lightning, Dell Boomi middleware, Experience Cloud implementations, and work in medical or manufacturing industries.

Develop and maintain scalable ETL and financial systems supporting forecasting, invoicing, billing, and reporting. Build Python and Databricks solutions, write complex SQL, implement GitHub Actions CI/CD workflows, and apply BDD, TDD, and ATDD practices. Collaborate on finance operations systems, ensure code quality, and support ERP-related processes including Great Plains. Java or .NET experience is beneficial.

Identify and acquire new BPO and KPO clients, build relationships with decision-makers, present and negotiate staffing service contracts, and achieve sales targets. Collaborate with recruitment teams to fulfill client hiring needs, maintain client satisfaction, monitor industry and competitor trends, and develop effective sales strategies.

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in an international voice process, provide customer service, resolve queries and issues, and maintain professional communication. The role is open to freshers with strong English communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and flexibility for night shifts.
