Manage institutional client relationships and execute derivatives trading strategies across cash, futures, and options markets. Identify arbitrage, volatility, pairs trading, special situations, and block trade opportunities. Provide market intelligence and trade recommendations, manage risk and regulatory compliance, develop client business, collaborate with research and structuring teams, improve trading algorithms, and mentor junior team members.

Supports product due diligence, onboarding, monitoring, and evaluation. Analyzes data and portfolios to produce reports that guide sales and management decisions. Assists with product-related sales queries, client portfolio analysis, sales incentive campaigns, product one-pagers, presentations, secondary research, and research notes.

Drive B2B and B2C sales, manage and expand distribution partnerships with banks, distributors, and advisory firms, achieve revenue targets, analyze market and competitor trends, allocate resources, coordinate with investment and operations teams, and ensure regulatory and internal compliance.

Manage all back-office operations for the broking business, including KYC, demat operations, regulatory submissions, process compliance, data timeliness, and back-office team management. The role requires oversight of operational workflows, regulatory processes, and team performance.
