Convert prospective learner enquiries into course enrolments through phone, email, online, and face-to-face consultations. Advise clients on language, professional, and educational training solutions; manage leads, quotations, registrations, and follow-ups; achieve sales targets; maintain CRM records; provide a strong customer experience; and coordinate with internal teams to support learner onboarding and course delivery.

Manage academic and administrative documentation, attendance records, assessment results, examinations, translations, incident reporting, and project reporting for four training classes. Liaise with trainers, management, and the client while maintaining accurate, confidential records and meeting deadlines. The role requires fluent Arabic and English, mandatory teaching or academic experience, strong administration and Microsoft Office skills, and reliable on-site support in Abu Dhabi for a 2.5-year project.

Deliver face-to-face English language instruction to adult corporate learners in Abu Dhabi, covering beginner through advanced CEFR-aligned levels. Teach on-site Monday through Friday for approximately 5–6 hours daily, adapting lessons to diverse cultural backgrounds and maintaining clear, engaging communication. Instructors must hold a recognized teaching qualification, have experience teaching English to advanced levels, be flexible and available immediately, and commit to a long-term project.
