Designs mechanical components and industrial equipment using 3D parametric modeling, reverse engineering, advanced surfacing, and complex geometry techniques. Creates part, assembly, fabrication, and manufacturing drawings with BOMs, applies GD&T to ASME standards, and ensures manufacturability. Works across structural components, conveyors, castings, machined parts, sheet metal, and plastics while considering manufacturing, fabrication, welding, and industry standards.

Develop and manage MEP BIM models from design or as-built data, coordinate building services with architectural and structural disciplines, prepare models across various LODs and shop drawings, conduct clash detection, and support project delivery. The role requires proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks, with Scan to BIM, point-cloud conversion, Dynamo, and US project experience preferred.

Support BIM project delivery by creating coordinated 3D MEP models, shop and coordination drawings, point-cloud-to-BIM conversions, Revit families, and builders work drawings. Perform quality checks, clash detection, and customer-focused documentation while assisting team leads and guiding trainees. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients, troubleshoot issues, meet deadlines, and contribute to identifying growth opportunities.

Develop and maintain discipline-specific VDC and BIM models, prepare shop and construction drawings, perform Navisworks clash detection, and support project documentation. Coordinate with stakeholders, maintain revisions and version control, ensure compliance with engineering and BIM standards, and deliver accurate work under tight deadlines. The role may involve architectural, structural, MEP, mechanical, façade, CAD/CAM, or detailing projects.
