Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with strong expertise in 3D parametric modelling, reverse engineering, advanced surfacing, and comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing and fabrication drawing creation.
Key Responsibilities:
3D modelling using Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, Creo, and AutoCAD.
Reverse engineering using Geomagic Design X.
3D modelling of structural components, conveyor systems, industrial equipment, castings, machined parts, sheet metal, and plastic components.
Advanced surfacing and complex geometry modelling.
Preparation of part, assembly, fabrication, and manufacturing drawings, along with Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Application of GD&T as per ASME standards.
Ensuring manufacturability and adherence to engineering and industry standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design.
Requirements
Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD, and Geomagic.
Strong knowledge of industrial components, plastics, casting, machining, fabrication, manufacturing, and welding processes.
Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Experience in project estimation is an advantage.
Knowledge in Scan to Revit modelling is an advantage.
Skills Required
