Owns end-to-end delivery of digital product capabilities, including discovery, backlog management, prioritization, documentation, roadmap execution, and launch. Partners with engineering, design, data, QA, operations, and business teams to manage dependencies and deliver scalable outcomes across mobile, desktop, and app platforms. Supports junior Product Managers and UX designers while maintaining governance, quality, and predictable delivery.

Provides L3 engineering and operational support for enterprise Red Hat Linux and AIX platforms. Leads lifecycle management, upgrades, migrations, clustering, patching, automation, hardening, troubleshooting, and decommissioning. Administers IBM Power infrastructure, VIOS, LPARs, HMC, NIM, Pacemaker, and Veritas clusters. Collaborates with application, network, storage, backup, and security teams in PCI and DMZ environments. Supports audits, documentation, knowledge transfer, and mentoring of L2 engineers.

Leads enterprise IAM transformation across workforce, customer, and IGA platforms. Serves as the Active Directory subject matter expert, troubleshoots complex identity issues, develops SOPs and technical documentation, designs scalable identity solutions, collaborates with stakeholders, and ensures security, stability, compliance, and standards-based implementation across hybrid environments.

Owns end-to-end delivery of digital product features and capabilities across mobile, desktop, and app platforms. Responsibilities include product discovery, backlog management, prioritization, requirements documentation, stakeholder coordination, dependency management, execution readiness, delivery tracking, and launch outcomes. The role also guides UX designers and junior Product Managers while collaborating with engineering, design, data, QA, operations, and business teams.
