Supports daily club operations across departments to ensure member safety and an excellent experience. Responsibilities include cleaning, opening and closing the club, greeting members, and assisting teams as needed. The role requires strong customer service, communication, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. An Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential.

Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to exceed acquisition, retention, and membership targets. The role involves planning sales activity, monitoring KPIs, analyzing performance data, engaging prospects and members on the club floor, and improving the customer journey. The manager will develop high-performing teams and drive sustainable growth while working evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.

Sell memberships by contacting prospective members, showcasing health and wellness clubs, achieving individual and team sales targets, and onboarding new members. The role is primarily phone-based in an office, with additional in-club sales and premium after-care service. Evening, weekend, and public holiday work may be required.
