Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across software, IT, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, AI/ML, and engineering. Responsibilities include stakeholder partnering, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, compensation negotiation, ATS maintenance, pipeline development, recruiting metrics, employer branding, and recruitment events.

Design, develop, and deploy production AI systems focused on GenAI and LLMs, OCR-based document extraction, and computer vision. Build RAG pipelines, fine-tune models, expose services through FastAPI, containerize with Docker, and manage MongoDB and SQL data stores. Duties include acquiring and managing B2B, B2C, and B2B2C clients; developing institutional and community partnerships; organizing local campaigns; supporting lead generation and proposals; maintaining the sales funnel; analyzing market trends and campaign performance; coordinating with agencies and internal teams; and serving as the primary contact for client relationships and escalations.

Establish scalable QA standards, document risks and limitations, and mentor engineers on testability and technical documentation.

Creates high-quality graphic designs and final artwork for marketing collateral, presentations, websites, and other media. Develops concepts, layouts, illustrations, and brand-consistent visual elements for target audiences. Coordinates approvals and production with internal teams, agencies, art services, vendors, and printers. Manages multiple projects, proofreads materials, submits progress reports, and meets tight deadlines while adapting to changing priorities.

Lead the organization’s talent acquisition strategy across clinical and non-clinical roles. Manage end-to-end recruitment, build talent pipelines, lead the recruiting team, partner with business leaders, strengthen employer branding, monitor hiring metrics, improve candidate experience, use ATS and sourcing technologies, and ensure compliance with employment policies and diversity initiatives.

Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the founder by managing calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence, reports, presentations, research, action items, documentation, and confidential information. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, prepare meeting materials and minutes, support executive office operations, and use AI, automation, video editing, and digital media tools to improve productivity and workflow efficiency.
