Design, develop, and deploy enterprise Generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI frameworks. Build conversational assistants, chatbots, document intelligence platforms, copilots, autonomous agents, vector search pipelines, and scalable Python/FastAPI services. Deploy solutions across Azure, AWS, or GCP using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. Monitor production AI performance, collaborate with architects and product teams, participate in Agile ceremonies, and mentor junior engineers.

Own strategic account growth across technology and staffing engagements by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and new-business opportunities. Build executive relationships, conduct account mining, develop pipelines, align solutions with client goals, and lead business reviews. Partner with sales, pre-sales, delivery, and marketing to close complex deals, track market and competitor activity, achieve revenue and satisfaction targets, and maintain CRM accuracy.

Design, develop, configure, integrate, and manage enterprise Pega applications. Responsibilities include defining class structures, data models, and process flows; integrating databases and external systems through SOAP and REST; leading technical delivery; mentoring developers; conducting code reviews; ensuring application security, compliance with Pega Guardrails, and quality releases. The role also involves customer-focused solution design and delivery using Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Lead end-to-end Pega Customer Decision Hub implementations, architect scalable Pega PRPC solutions, mentor development teams, translate business requirements into technical designs, integrate decisioning and business operations processes, optimize next-best-action and modeling capabilities, and ensure code quality, performance, and documentation standards.
