Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute strategic account growth plans, identifying upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities — across technology and staffing/talent engagements.
  • Conduct account mining to map stakeholders, uncover whitespace, and convert insights into a structured pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, aligning Truviq's solutions to clients' strategic goals.
  • Partner with sales, pre-sales, delivery, and marketing to shape and deliver customized solutions.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and client data to surface growth opportunities.
  • Lead regular business reviews to ensure alignment and demonstrate value delivered.
  • Meet or exceed revenue and client satisfaction targets while maintaining CRM accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 8–12 years in IT services account management, with a track record of driving growth in technology accounts.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software development, and digital transformation solutions.
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities, build growth strategies, and close complex deals.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, including with senior executives and C-level stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset, with strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience with Healthcare & BFSI industries, or exposure to staffing/talent solutions, is a plus.
