Identify and qualify sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls and email. Present products or services, understand customer needs, answer queries, acquire new customers, maintain call notes in a database, manage the sales pipeline, and collaborate with internal departments to close deals.

Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell Zoho products, understand customer needs, present suitable solutions, convert leads, follow up with prospects, maintain CRM records, achieve sales targets, and collect customer feedback.
