Create manuals, FAQs, video tutorials, and e-learning content; customize training plans; assess trainee progress; provide feedback and post-training support; assist with onboarding and product demos; and keep training materials updated with software changes.

Supports quality and risk management through conflict checks, client and engagement acceptance reviews, compliance audits, external audits, policy and process improvement, automation, stakeholder management, regulatory support, and training. The role also assesses risk-related challenges, identifies efficiency opportunities, and coaches team members while collaborating across functions.

Support end-to-end ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, process analysis, system configuration, customization, testing, data migration, user training, go-live support, troubleshooting, and post-implementation assistance. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors, monitor project milestones, document solutions, and ensure ERP functionality aligns with business objectives.

Supports HR and administrative operations, including attendance and leave tracking, recruitment, employee documentation, onboarding inductions, and exit processes. The role requires integrity, proactive behavior, willingness to learn, technology comfort, strong communication, presentation, listening, interpersonal, and time-management skills.

Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, prepare journal entries and financial statements, support month-end and year-end close, analyze variances, assist audits, perform intercompany reconciliations, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
