Leads end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and scaling of multi-city urban biodiversity and ecological restoration projects. Responsibilities include budgeting, procurement, operational process improvement, stakeholder coordination, team leadership, ecological planning, progress reporting, and quality assurance. The role manages contractors, communities, government stakeholders, vendors, donors, and multidisciplinary teams while ensuring timely delivery and strong project outcomes across Urban Biodiversity Hubs.

Lead end-to-end procurement for afforestation and community projects, including sourcing materials, saplings, tools, and services. Develop procurement strategies, manage vendors and contracts, ensure quality and compliance, coordinate forecasts and budgets with operations and finance, maintain procurement data, and improve supply chain efficiency across project locations.

Manages client accounts and coordinates with internal teams, while preparing invoices, following up on payments, supporting collections, maintaining transaction records, filing documents, and completing basic reporting and documentation tasks.

Refine biodiversity, horticulture, agroforestry, and science-learning curricula; structure modules and learning journeys; develop pedagogical and experiential approaches; create Theory of Change, monitoring, feedback, survey, and assessment frameworks; define measurable learning and behavioral outcomes; support facilitators; and recommend improvements using field observations and participant feedback.
