Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions, including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse schemas, Power Automate flows, C# plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, and integrations. The role also supports testing, UAT, deployments, and documentation within a regulated financial-services environment.

Coordinate and deliver releases for a FIS ALS lending platform across development, testing, infrastructure, business, and vendor teams. Plan SIT, UAT, pre-production, and production deployments; manage upgrades, patches, code promotion, environment readiness, cutover, dependencies, risks, and CAB governance. Serve as the communication bridge among product, Scrum, business, and leadership stakeholders. Requires strong mainframe expertise in COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2, plus release, configuration, scheduling, and banking-platform experience.

Analyze and document lending business requirements across the FIS ALS platform, producing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and technical specifications. Configure ALS parameters, assess impacts, support upgrades, and collaborate with product, business, Scrum, and development teams. Define interfaces, data flows, batch and file-based integrations, and data mappings. Validate data using SQL or Foxtrot queries and support testing, release, and regulatory change delivery.

Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions, including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, C# plugins, JavaScript, integrations, Dataverse schemas, and Power Automate flows. Support testing, UAT, deployment, and documentation within a regulated financial-services environment. Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Analysts on enhancements and new capabilities.

Own the z/OS side of FICO Falcon Fraud Manager upgrades and card-issuer rollouts. Responsibilities include platform configuration, rule deployment, batch and online enhancements, defect resolution, production support, and live cutover assistance. Collaborate with Fraud Strategy and Data Science teams. Candidates need 7+ years of mainframe experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, and VSAM, plus card or payments domain experience. Falcon-specific experience is preferred but training is provided.
