Configures and maintains networks, firewalls, servers, Active Directory, virtualization, Office 365, security tools, hardware, software, backups, and IT facilities. Oversees inventories, upgrades, compliance with ISO 27001, service requests, SLAs, and L3 escalations. Diagnoses root causes, implements corrective actions, recommends technology solutions, and supports organizational productivity and security.

Elicit and document identity and access management requirements, collaborate with technical teams on secure IAM solutions, participate in architecture and design reviews, assess integrations using SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, and APIs, and support security, compliance, documentation, troubleshooting, and process improvement initiatives.
