Lead concepting, design, and execution for talent brand marketing across careers websites, recruiting collateral, experiential events, and digital and print touchpoints. Maintain brand consistency, refresh web experiences, create event toolkits and materials, and establish high design standards while working independently with the Brand Talent Creative team.

Lead concept development and art direction for social-first content, including photo and video shoots, campaigns, and fast-turn creative. Partner with creative, content, and platform teams to create culturally relevant, platform-native work. Apply strong design judgment across layouts, typography, and visual systems while monitoring trends and exploring AI-enabled creative workflows. Requires experience with major technology and Fortune 500 brands, a strong portfolio, and comfort working under pressure.
