Design and develop robust backend planning and control software for mobile robot fleets. Work hands-on in an Agile/Scrum engineering team using .NET technologies, collaborate with technical and creative peers, support engineering and production personnel, mentor junior engineers, and help address complex software challenges and unscheduled events.

Lead planning and execution of deployment, cutover, service transition, operational acceptance testing, and dress rehearsals for a large gas transportation information system implementation. Own the cutover plan, coordinate stakeholder walkthroughs, develop OAT strategies and scripts, facilitate testing, and ensure successful production handover with the service transition team.

Supports VMware ESX and Hyper-V cloud environments through daily operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure support. Assists with planning, testing, implementing, and executing workload migrations from VMware to Hyper-V. Troubleshoots existing VMware infrastructure issues and applies basic networking knowledge. Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange Server is advantageous.

Support and remotely monitor POS terminals, store controller servers, pin pads, cash registers, lane-busting devices, RF guns, and primary or secondary controllers. Proactively investigate alerts, maintain lane and register availability, mitigate operational risks, and resolve terminal or pin-pad outages. Requires hands-on Toshiba 4690 OS experience, C programming knowledge, mainframe or COBOL file-system understanding, and UNIX batch scripting skills.

Analyzes Oracle SCM and ERP business requirements, evaluates processes and system changes, facilitates cross-functional solution development, and conducts impact analysis. Creates test plans and scripts, performs integration and quality testing, supports technical product deployment, and assists with end-user and peer training. Documents requirements, develops business process flows, reconciles conflicting information, and communicates technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
