The Chief Human Resources Officer leads the organization’s HR strategy and employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include workforce planning, DEI governance, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, performance management, employee relations, regulatory compliance, policy stewardship, HRIS administration, and executive oversight of HR operations. The CHRO partners with the CEO and executive leadership to strengthen culture, retention, engagement, and workforce capability.

Designs and manages an HR compliance oversight system covering the full employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include building workflows, accountability processes, corrective-action communications, HRIS data controls, dashboards, audits, regulatory filings, and compliance reporting. The role ensures adherence to employment laws and collaborates with recruiting, training, payroll, benefits, and employee relations teams. It requires extensive HR compliance experience, HRIS expertise, audit experience, and knowledge of federal, state, and local employment regulations.

Scans and indexes physical records into digital formats using various scanning equipment. Performs quality checks for accuracy, completeness, and readability; follows workflow procedures; maintains documentation; and reviews films and digital images for extended periods. Requires attention to detail, organization, computer proficiency, deadline management, and the ability to lift boxes weighing up to 25 pounds.
