Position: Document Imaging Specialist I

Compensation: $15.92 - $17.00 per hour

Status: Part-Time

Reports to: Document Imaging Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

  • Scan, and index records for conversion from physical to digital formats.
  • Operate a variety of scanning and equipment, including paper scanners, microfilm scanners, microfiche scanners, and large-format scanners.
  • Ensure digital images are captured accurately and meet established quality-control standards.
  • Perform quality checks to verify the accuracy, completeness, and readability of scanned documents.
  • Follow established workflow procedures and maintain accurate internal records and documentation.
  • Review films and digital images for extended periods while performing scanning and quality-control activities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with computers and related equipment.
  • Ability to lift boxes up to 25 pounds.
  • Independent worker with attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to remain focused and meet deadlines.
