Conduct outbound prospecting, follow up with prospective dealership customers, qualify leads, schedule appointments, connect customers with sales team members, provide product information, maintain CRM activity records, build a prospecting network, and achieve monthly and quarterly performance goals.

Lead daily automotive sales operations, manage and motivate the sales team, oversee financing and insurance activities, drive showroom traffic through outbound follow-up, implement sales strategies, monitor performance metrics, and support customers on the sales floor. The role requires automotive sales management experience, F&I expertise, strong leadership, communication skills, CRM knowledge, and availability for evenings and Saturdays.
