Serves as a strategic HR consultant for assigned healthcare facility clients. Uses people data to shape recommendations, improve employee experience, support HR technology adoption, and align workforce capabilities with long-term business goals. Partners with leaders and HR centers of expertise while ensuring compliance with employment laws and effective stakeholder relationships.

Serves as a consultant, mentor, facilitator, and change agent while contributing to nursing research and quality improvement. The role requires a Florida RN license, BLS certification, a master’s degree, five years of nursing experience, and two years facilitating professional development.
