Conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds, follow up with prospects using dealership CRM systems, maintain product knowledge, complete training, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Automotive sales experience is not required, and extensive training is provided.

Greets dealership guests in person and by phone, answers and routes calls, directs customers to appropriate departments, notifies staff of arrivals, and introduces customers to salespeople. Provides professional customer service, follows company and safety policies, and supports other departments as needed.

Coordinates telephone and online customer inquiries, identifies automotive sales opportunities, prospects for leads, schedules showroom appointments, documents interactions in the CRM, and supports internet and phone-based sales efforts. Provides customer-focused assistance, stays informed about vehicle products and features, meets sales goals, and follows company policies and safety standards.
