Leads cross-functional process improvement projects from planning through delivery. Develops project charters, workflows, timelines, resource plans, and success metrics; identifies inefficiencies; implements process reengineering, automation, and standardization; facilitates workshops; manages risks and progress; coaches teams; and communicates results to stakeholders while meeting budget and schedule goals.

Supports the Manager of HR Business Partners by advising leaders on employee relations, staffing, compensation, leave, benefits, and employment policies. The Cybersecurity Engineer detects and responds to threats, improves endpoint visibility and security posture, supports incident response, automates alerting and reporting, manages vulnerabilities, and partners with IT on patching and system hardening. The role monitors hybrid environments, investigates suspicious activity, documents security standards, and drives continuous improvement. It requires enterprise IT and cybersecurity experience, endpoint security expertise, scripting skills, and strong Windows Server knowledge.

Supports the health system’s accounting operations by preparing journal entries, reconciling general ledger accounts, preparing financial statements, and assisting with monthly close and year-end audits. The role also contributes to tax filings, cash reconciliations, capital accounting, community benefit reporting, compliance activities, process improvement, and special financial projects. Collaboration with accounting leadership and healthcare teams is required.
