Leads HR operations and employee lifecycle infrastructure, including payroll, benefits, leave, compensation, HRIS, compliance, training administration, employee communications, analytics, and audit readiness. Manages HR operations staff, improves processes and systems, oversees vendors, ensures employment-law compliance, and provides operational reporting and recommendations to the CHRO. Supports workforce effectiveness, employee experience, organizational continuity, and cross-functional initiatives across Valle del Sol locations.
